Need an aerial perspective? Drones have become invaluable in today’s market. Not only do they provide staggeringly beautiful sights and views of properties you wouldn’t be able to otherwise achieve, they’re also useful in industrial settings. Drones allow for increased safety and insight when needing to observe normally tough-to-reach places. As a Transport Canada Advanced Certified Pilot, I can safely and legally provide my drone services for both creative and industrial needs.

Here’s an example of using a drone outside of creative purposes. Next Level Stormwater Management had me shooting monthly to keep an eye on their green roof project, which then moved into shooting the McLoughlin Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project is to see how plants can grow on roofs and if that’s something to continue applying to other buildings in British Columbia. They initially asked me if I had a ladder to inspect the edges and to take photos with my camera, but I suggested that a drone could get them the perfect perspective without having to disturb any of the foliage! It’s a great project that has seen positive movement around the province.

Here are some examples of the live music that I’ve shot. I’ve shot festivals such as Rock the Shores, Phillips Backyard Weekender, and Rifflandia to name a few. I’ve also had clients like Jon and Roy, Jesse Roper, The Bankes Brothers, and Cold Fame. Being able to capture quality photos of your live music will help put you above the competition by having beautiful imagery that stand out beyond the rest. Proposal shoots are one of my favourite things to do. Being able to be inconspicuous while getting the perfect angle for you to pop the question is not only challenging, but greatly rewarding. I’ve shot five proposals so far and the clients could not have been happier!
